ORDER STUFF

  • I take 3-7 days to process and mail your order out. You'll receive an e-mail with your tracking code (if applicable) once your package has been shipped.

  • If you made multiple orders to the same address, I'll ship them together and refund you the excess shipping fee.

  • Please make sure your address is complete and accurate! I can't take liability once its out of my hands. If you find an error after placing an order, contact me within 2 days of purchase.

 

SHIPPING

  • I ship worldwide from Singapore.

  • If you're based in the UK/EU, please take note of VAT/customs fees and delays in your country. I am not responsible for these additional charges. 

  • I only offer tracked mail for most international orders.

  • I have an untracked Stamped Mail option for stickers and zines ONLY. I offer this to ensure affordability, but please keep in mind that there is no way of tracing it. I am not liable for lost mail sent via stamped mail. Tracked mail is highly recommended.

  • I ship prints and stationery in either a flat cardboard mailer, or a manilla envelope with a cardboard insert. Trinket dishes are shipped in reused padded mailers with reused bubble wrap.
