 ORDERING
  • I take 3-5 days to process, pack and mail your order. I run this store by myself and at times (eg. shop update rush / when personal life overbrims), I might take up to a week. I seek your kind understanding! <3

  • An order confirmation e-mail will be sent out once I mail an order out.

  • Please make sure your address is complete and accurate when carting out! If you find an error after placing an order, contact me immediately and I'll rectify your order if it's not yet out of my hands.

 

SHIPPING

  • I ship worldwide from Singapore! I ship via SingPost. International orders take 1.5 - 2 weeks to arrive. (Refer to table below for specific delivery times.)

  • If you're based in the UK/EU, please take note of VAT/customs fees! The price listed does not cover these additional charges.

  • I now offer stamped mail as an affordable option. There is no way of tracking orders sent via stamped mail and I cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen mail. Tracked mail is highly recommended for this reason!
  • Larger prints are shipped in a rigid, stay-flat cardboard mailer. A5 prints and smaller stationery are shipped in a manilla envelope. I pack every order with the utmost care and protection <3 In the unfortunate case of damaged mail during transit, although I must say (for saying's sake) that I cannot be held responsible... neither can you so... shoot me a message and we'll figure something out :-)
